NWIRC exists to help manufacturers succeed. It is indeed our passion and commitment to do just that. Our strategic plan outlines our vision of ourselves and the direction we are taking to provide regional manufacturers with services vital to compete and thrive in the global economy.

Projects conducted with the region’s manufacturers have given us the opportunity to form many new alliances as well as allowing us to maintain long-established friendships. In both cases we have strengthened our ability to help the manufacturers of northwest Pennsylvania. We have found that we do that best in a collaborative environment – one where our many partners are involved in the process. We also continue to strengthen our own skills and resources and to develop our own organization’s internal vigor and dedication to accomplishing the mission.
