Jean joined the NWIRC team in 2000, having owned and operated her own day care center for 14 years previously. She manages NWIRC’s Erie County IT Kickstart projects and assists with the Center’s Erie County Business Growth Services projects. Jean also schedules NWIRC events and handles travel arrangements and meetings for the entire staff. She is the face behind the weekly e-mail training and seminar announcements sent to NWIRC customers, and also the cheerful, friendly voice providing assistance at the other end of the phone. Jean attended Villa Maria College, now Gannon University.
