Kim joined NWIRC in 2006, after serving as finance director / controller in the Erie region, including at Cathedral Preparatory School and AccuSpec Electronic Services. She holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

Kim manages all aspects of NWIRC’s accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to the general ledger; receivables, payables, payroll, revenue and expenses. She prepares the quarterly and annual reports required by NIST and DCED. Kim’s expertise in financial compliance issues required federal and state government funders supports our integrity in our financial dealings with these important partners.

Kim’s goal at NWIRC is the accurate and complete reporting of all the organization’s activities, both from a financial and an operations perspective, so that customers, stakeholders, and employees have ready access to all the information they need.
