Our plastics engineering services are offered in conjunction with our partner organization—Plastics Technology Center (PTC). PTC is closely associated with the Plastics Engineering Technology education program at Penn State Erie, and provides product design and development services from early concept development to production level efforts—and all phases in between.  Whether you are an entrepreneur with a concept, a small manufacturer without an engineering staff, or an experienced engineer or manager needing specific product development or process assistance, our experienced engineering staff can help.
