A workshop to think differently and better understand how to find the root cause of a
problem and create long-term sustainable solutions. Participants will walk away with new
tools and resources that they will practice in class and be able to implement immediately
upon return to their organization.

Content Includes:

• Understanding How We Think.
-Introduction to how our mind works
-Realize how you think automatically
-Is perception reality?
-How perception affects our thought process
-Mental muscles and how to exercise them
-What is ‘critical thinking’?
-Develop core critical thinking skills
-Practice critical thinking

• What is the Real Problem?
-Understand how to find the root cause
-Review the 3 types of causes
-Ask the right questions
-Identify the root cause of a problem

• Creating Solutions.
-Healing versus using a Band Aid
-Identify the value of solving the problem
-4 Basic Problem Solving Steps

Payment must be received, in full, prior to training/event start date. If the registered individual cannot attend, you may substitute another individual. At least a 2-day notice is appreciated.

If the registered individual cannot attend, or make a substitution, and wishes to cancel, a full refund will be issued with ten business days or more notice. Please note that no refund will be issued with less than a 10 business day notice.

A full refund will be given if NWIRC should cancel the training/event.
