He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University and a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.

Payment must be received, in full, prior to training/event start date. If the registered individual cannot attend, you may substitute another individual. At least a 2-day notice is appreciated.

If the registered individual cannot attend, or make a substitution, and wishes to cancel, a full refund will be issued with ten business days or more notice. Please note that no refund will be issued with less than a 10 business day notice.

A full refund will be given if NWIRC should cancel the training/event.
