The AMAP Program Coordinator manages and coordinates activities to connect Northwest Pennsylvania manufacturers with Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) college students. Responsibilities include: 1) researching best practices to promote apprentice positions, 2) developing relationships with regional trade school and university faculty and career services, 3) participating in career fairs, and 4) maintaining a database of qualified students.
Candidates must have 2-5 years experience in business/manufacturing environment and a minimum Associates Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. History of quality written/verbal communications skills, program research, and data collection/analysis are required.
