Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Learn how to collect data, understand data collection methods and analysis, and analyze root cause problems and wastes in an operations process. Applying basic Lean Six Sigma tools will drive waste out of processes and reduce process variation. After completing this ten-day training, participants become more data/metric oriented, root cause analysis driven, team oriented and thus become more effective in working on, leading and supporting Lean Six Sigma project initiatives linked to profit and strategic objectives.
